Know Your Audience
This week focuses on identifying and understanding your target audience which is the
foundation of any successful marketing strategy. Students learn why “everyone is not your
customer,” how to create detailed customer personas and avatars, as well as how to use
existing market research to guide decisions. The module emphasizes targeting efficiently
without isolating groups, ensuring that marketing dollars are spent strategically.
